Deann McClung claimed Jesse James forced himself upon her. DeAnn McClung once worked for Jesse James at his business, West Coast Choppers, in Long Beach. McClung said it happened in Oct 1999, during the time she was working for him. McClung said she had refused James’ sexual advances but on that particular day, he deceived her by saying he would send her home. James then brought her somewhere to perform the oral sex act on him.

McClung claimed she was fired in 2000 when she refused to accept more of his sexual advances. Jesse James said he fired McClung because she embezzled money.
