Shocking news out of Hollywood today, it has been revealed that Jesse James really loves blowjobs. And if you are a female at his business you are required to perform the act on him. No joke, Jesse James settled a sexual harassment lawsuit out of court with a West Coast Chopper employee who apparently blew him while he was still with Sandra Bullock in 2007. TMZ Report:

...a former high level, female executive with West Coast Choppers . . . claimed between 2006 - 2007, Jesse James repeatedly made sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts.

The woman kept several suggestive emails from Jesse. In one email in 2007, which is included in the file, Jesse wrote to the woman, "Need anything before I split?" She responded, "Some Tums." Jesse replied, "I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ...."

And, she claims after an oral encounter with Jesse, she kept a telltale Clintonesque T-shirt.

The woman quit in 2007 and hired Gloria Allred's law firm to represent her. No lawsuit was ever filed, but on September 27, 2007, the matter settled for $725,000.

So let me get this straight: This chick basically agreed to give Jesse James head only to turn around and sue him for 725 grand, but he's the bad guy here - Oh, right, Sandra Bullock. Deann McClung, a former employee at Jesse's West Coast Choppers shop, filed a lawsuit against him in 2000 for wrongful termination, sexual battery and sexual harassment including groping and using his penis to touch her.

McClung said James forced her to have sexual intimacy with him. McClung had filed a lawsuit to sue James in 2000. McClung alleged James sexually harassed her. During this time in 2000, James was dating his then girlfriend, Sandra Bullock. McClung hired Robert Coviello, who won a private settlement for her out of court, in 2001. About 4 years later, in 2005, McClung gave an interview to talk about Jesse James. McClung claimed she was kidnapped, held in captivity, threatened, sexually assaulted and ruined. McClung states, "James' conduct included, but is not limited to, the displaying of pornography in the workplace, making lewd glances towards Plaintiff and other women, sexual comments to and/or about Plaintiff and other women."

McClung states she was groped by James, "James touched and/or attempted to touch Plaintiff's intimate parts including her breasts. In addition, James touched/and or touch Plaintiff with his intimate part including his sexual organ."

Deann McClung claimed Jesse James forced himself upon her. DeAnn McClung once worked for Jesse James at his business, West Coast Choppers, in Long Beach. McClung said it happened in Oct 1999, during the time she was working for him. McClung said she had refused James’ sexual advances but on that particular day, he deceived her by saying he would send her home. James then brought her somewhere to perform the oral sex act on him.

McClung claimed she was fired in 2000 when she refused to accept more of his sexual advances. Jesse James said he fired McClung because she embezzled money. However, James was not known to have filed any police report on this matter. James said McClung’s lawsuit was a retaliatory action for being dismissed from her job. Los Angeles Asian Attorney Sues Miley Cyrus Over Controversial “Asian Eyes” Pictures

Last week, scandalous photos of Miley Cyrus making an "Asian face" was blasted all over the Internet causing many Asian people to get angry. Especially, Lucie J. Kim. A Korean-American woman in Los Angeles who is suing Cyrus for...wait for it...$4 billion. Attorney Lucie J. Kim claims Miley purposely mocked Asians by slanting her eyes and that the 1 million+ Asian Pacific Islanders she supposedly represents in L.A. county are entitled to $4,000 each in damages for a civil rights violation. TMZ reports:

Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ." Kim says in the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion! Kim says Miley's "just a kid" defense doesn't fly. She says it's like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

$4 billion? Um, can't we just agree that this is just fucking stupid? Everyone agrees that what Miley Cyrus did was just doing dumb and the scolding she got wasn’t only justified, but extremely entertaining. This, however, is going a little too far. Miley Cyrus has apologized for a second time following the scandal over pictures of the Hannah Montana star in which she appeared to mock Asians. She has finally issued a "real" apology for those offensive slanting eyes anti-Asian photos that circulated around the Internet last week. In the pictures, Miley is seen using her fingers to make her eyes slant, which is considered degrading to Asian people... Her first attempted to brush it off as just her and friends making "goofy faces," teenage hijinks as it were failed. Asian American activists weren’t too thrilled with that "goofy faces" comment. So, she returned to her annoying pink and purple website to apologize for real this time around. Somehow just knowing that the half-assed apology she gave last week on her website wasn't enough, 16 year-old Miley not influenced by Disney executives whatsoever so don't even think that -- posted a more heartfelt apology on the site today:

“I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is part of God’s ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman He aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles.”

She touch all the right bases with words like "sorry," "God," "peace" and "love" but the "if" word is not so great in an apology. Well, the most important thing is she managed not to insult Asian people even more. Going by how her previous apology went, I expected this one to end with, "Peace and love except for the Negroes." Douchebag Kanye West is at it again! I hate this guy so much you just cannot even understand. Kanye West embarrassed Taylor Swift in the most awesome fashion in front of millions of viewers last night at the MTV Video Music Awards by pushing her aside and hijacking the microphone and proclaiming that she didn't deserve to win the award for Best Female Video. Remember when Kanye West said "George Bush hates black people…" on live TV? Well is becoming more apparent every year that Kanye West hate white people. Kanye West is a douchebag. He has become more and more of a piece of garbage ever since he portrayed himself Jesus Christ on the cross. I am si sick of him now. Instead of stepping on little Taylor Swift, why doesn't he ever try some bullshit like this with a man or even a person bigger than him. He interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video and once again made a complete doucebag of himself at the VMAs for like the 4th consecutive year. The AP report:

Taylor Swift was relishing her unlikely win of best female video at the MTV Video Music Awards. The 19-year-old knew that the network doesn't exactly make a habit out of giving their moonman trophies to country music stars.

"I was standing on the stage and I was really excited because I had just won the award," Swift said after Sunday's show at Radio City Music Hall. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on the stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that."

Taking the microphone, the rapper protested Swift's selection and announced that Beyonce, also nominated, should have won because her "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it)" was "one of the best videos of all time."

A stunned Swift staggered and didn't get to finish her acceptance speech. The crowd booed West, who shortly after was asked to leave the show and left the building.

Damn, fucking sociopath. What Kanye West did to the girl was so bad I an surprise he did not go all the way and punch her in the face. Why do people buy this asshole's music? Right now we should move beyond hating Kanye West for being the incredible douchebag he is and start looking at the douchebags who support him by buying his music. Where was the security to slam his face to the floor as he was storming the stage? According to MTV News:

The rapper stormed the stage just after the first award, for Best Female Video, was presented to Taylor Swift. He cut the teen singer off, grabbing the mic and protesting in support of Beyoncé.

"I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," he proclaimed as B looked on from the crowd, stunned.

His protest against Swift, however, was not well received. West stood briefly on the stage after his comments as the crowd was silent. Audience members then began to clap in support of Swift after West left the stage.

According to reports from inside the house, once cameras cut away from the action, West flipped off the crowd and returned to his seat. Wale then said to the crowd, "You can't blame a man for speaking his mind." His words were met with boos, and Wale then said, "Kanye, I tried." During the next commercial break, Pink walked by the rapper and appeared to shake her head in disgust before security escorted her away.

And of course Taylor responded like any normal 19-year-old girl would and, according to sources, cried her heart out backstage. Well, she was basically victimize by the asshole. Public pressure is now spreading like wildfire against West and what he did to Taylor so here comes the apology. It's just too bad he cannot reverse time and give Taylor chance to redo her first VMA acceptance speech, Kanye West tried to make everything all better by saying sorry to Taylor Swift on his blog (don't visit his blog). Kanye West took to his blog once again today to issue a second apology to Taylor Swift in a short, uncharacteristically lower-case post like a normal person:

I feel like Ben Stiller in "Meet the Parents" when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave... That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry.

The asshole was smart enough to disable the comments on his blog so there is no need to visit. It is unbelievable a human being can be such a total douchebag. What the hell is wrong with him? In a classy move, Beyonce won Video of the Year at the VMAs, and instead of giving a speech, brought Taylor Swift on stage to make up for Kanye West's latest hissy fit which left her crying backstage. So a sincere hats off to Beyonce for being a great person. In the meantime, even those who defended Kanye West for his past misdeeds and hissy fits are saying he did wrong last night.
